Our firm, Total Counsel Law Group, offers a complete range of accounting services preparing custom financial reports for internal, managerial use.
Whether you own a business or are self-employed taking care of the books can be a daunting endeavor. We here at Total Counsel Law Group are happy to help. We can help with the whole gamut of accounting needs from accounts receivable, to accounts payable, to payroll management. We prepare financial statements in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) for use by banks, investors, and other third parties. Our firm will also prepare custom financial reports for internal, managerial use.
Bookkeeping
Knowing about your cash flow is the most important tool in running a successful business. Very often companies do not spend enough time analyzing their cash inflows and outflows. This analysis does not get done because the records necessary have not been completed or are not up to date. Our firm works closely with you to determine your bookkeeping needs and then implements a system that will allow the business owner to focus on what they do best, “grow their business.”
Our bookkeeping services include: monthly operating statements; bank reconciliations, payroll, audit trails, balance sheet and budgets. You can choose to receive all of these services or choose those that will best assist in the operation of your business. Our goal is to provide support and assistance when you need it most.
Corporations participating in our accounting advisory services are eligible to receive a fee reduction for tax preparation and corporate financial planning.
