Allen
Attorney Allen J. Margulis is an experienced attorney whose practice focuses in the areas of estate, tax, real estate and business planning. By coupling his 30 years of experience in tax and accounting with his 20 years of experience in law, Allen is able to provide his clients with a complete and comprehensive strategic plan aimed at achieving the goals and objectives of his clients. He’s dedicated to providing all of his clients with superior service.
Allen is admitted to practice as an attorney in Massachusetts and New York. While pursuing his academic degrees, he continued to hone his skills in business, accounting and law by working full-time in many renowned businesses. Allen’s desire to educate his clients is only paralleled by his desire to educate future professionals. He has accomplished this by being an Adjunct Professor at Emmanuel College and Northeastern University, as well as being a frequent guest lecturer for the graduate tax program.
Allen lives in Natick with his wife, Heather, their sons, Samuel and Benjamin along with their poodle, Yogi.

Sarah
Attorney Sarah E. Dulong joined Total Counsel Law Group in 2011 and specializes in real estate, estate planning and administration, tax and business formation and planning.
Sarah enjoys working with a variety of clients, from first time home-buyers to well-established experienced business professionals. Her philosophy is to explain legal matters in an understandable manner so that her clients feel comfortable with their transactions. Sarah’s clients applaud her responsiveness.
Prior to joining Total Counsel Law Group, Sarah specialized in residential and commercial real estate transactions, business law and estate planning. She also has experience in real estate litigation.
Sarah and her family live in Franklin. She enjoys reading, scuba diving and spending time outdoors.

Amanda
Amanda Millette, Client Liaison, has been with the firm since February 2020. A graduate of Mass College of Liberal Arts with a BA in English/Communications, Amanda works closely with Allen and Sarah to facilitate clear communications with clients ensuring a warm and professional firm environment. Her previous office experience helps keep the office organized and her communication skills encourage efficient client contact. This is her first experience with estate planning, which means she can often anticipate client questions before they arise, and assist in the answers.
She currently resides in her hometown of Northborough with her husband Marc and their children, Grace and Washburne. Amanda enjoys reading, writing, playing with her children, and doing genealogy research. Aside from her children, Amanda is most proud of the role she played in saving a historic home from demolition.
